How's your LANDING TECHNIQUE?

We tend to focus our energy and training on shooting the ball. But have you ever considered your landing?

Knee pains often occur as a result of poor landing technique. Instead of bending our knees, we often collapse and almost "fall" around the knees, dropping our knees inwards when landing our shots.

This places abnormal loads within the joints, causing the kneecaps to move in abnormal directions.

Ultimately leading to wear and tear in the knees or their supporting structures.

What can you do?

Technique is the most important part of preventing knee pains. Bend through your knees and activate your glutes (your butt muscles).
